Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendments to CSHJR 22(RLS), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 22(STA) am S and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendments to CSHJR 22(RLS)?"
